WEIGHT LOSS
Through a combination of strength training, personalised meal plans and mindfulness exercises we take a holistic approach when helping clients to reach their ideal weight.
We believe in taking small steps each day and focusing on the positives, such as the health and fitness goals that are being gained rather than what is being restricted.
No two people are exactly the same so we tailor each program to suit our clients’ individual needs. We work to identify and alter behavioural patterns that are preventing people from achieving their goal weight and believe that recognising emotional responses is the key to changing old habits and creating new, sustainable and enjoyable lifestyle routines.
We encourage our clients to be kind to themselves: the body hears what the mind thinks and if you look after your body, it will look after you.

We are passionate about helping people to achieve fitness goals they always felt were out of reach. We love it when clients decide to step outside of their comfort zones and kick some life goals, and we have the experience to be able to take them safely on that journey from beginning to end.

BODY TRANSFORMATION
We are passionate about helping clients to achieve life-changing results; better, stronger versions of themselves. We are big believers in the benefits of resistance and strength-based training and taking consistent steps each day to achieve an end goal.
Whether you are sculpting, toning or strengthening your body encourage our clients to find what makes them happy and to do more of that, whether it be meditation, kick-boxing or surfing. Our motto is to ‘just keep moving’!
After all, it’s not all about the destination; the journey should be enjoyable too.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE
When it comes to nutrition, knowledge is power. A basic understanding of the elements required for a good diet is crucial when developing healthy eating habits.
We educate our clients on the various food groups and encourage an understanding of portion sizes and the way each food works within the body. This allows for better, more informed food choices.
A good diet is one you can follow that will also help you to achieve the desired outcome you are seeking. When you’re armed with the right information you are able to achieve any health goal!
