VINAY KOKA

I feel privileged when a client engages me to take them on their health and fitness journey.  Synergy can be defined in essence as a ‘power in working together’, and being able to work closely with my clients to achieve goals they never thought possible is what first motivated me to become a Personal Trainer.

 

I completed my Diploma in Personal Training in 2015 and began working in a boutique personal training studio, where weight loss and transformations were the core focus. I then started Synergy Training and Health in late 2018. I couldn’t be happier with the results we have achieved so far and believe that our point of difference is our holistic approach, which is also the reason our clients experience such life-changing results. 

 

I think the ability to balance your health, fitness and mental wellbeing is the ultimate goal. I want everyone to achieve this by following their own path, with a focus on mindfulness and diet. Long-term health and wellness is achieved and maintained by consistently enforcing positive and enjoyable lifestyle habits.

THE STUDIO

At our McKinnon studio, we’ve created more than just a place to train.

We know that for many mums, making time for themselves isn’t just hard — it feels impossible.

The guilt. The logistics. The constant juggling. We’ve listened, and we’ve designed our studio around real life, not unrealistic expectations.

That’s why we’ve intentionally built a dedicated play-pen area, so you can bring your toddler along while you train — without stress, without rushing, and without feeling like you’re choosing between yourself and your child.

 

This is your time, and it matters.

Every piece of equipment in the studio has been carefully selected — not to intimidate, but to empower.

 

Thoughtfully chosen to support strength, confidence, and progression at every stage, giving you an incredible, premium training experience that feels supportive, not overwhelming.

 

Even the colour palette has purpose. Soft, calming tones designed to create a sense of ease the moment you walk in — a space that feels grounding, welcoming, and safe. Because training shouldn’t add to your mental load; it should lighten it.

Training with a Personal Trainer means we are always there to offer new ideas on how to use our equipment. We can deliver that extra motivation and technical expertise, which means you’ll achieve your end goal even sooner than if you were training on your own.
